Irrespective of the date on the order, all products supplied are chargeable at the prices ruling on the day
of the delivery.
Time of Delivery
The time of dispatch stated in the quotation is an estimate and shall date from the receipt by us. We
undertake to adhere as closely as possible to the period stated, but can accept no liability for failure to do so, or for any loss or delay occasioned by strikes, lockouts, fire, accident, delay in transit after leaving
work, or any other contingency beyond our control.
Waiting Time Charges
Waiting time is charged after exceeding the allocated delivery time during delivery.
Drum mixers
1-5.99m3 30minutes, 6m3+ 45minutes
Anything over this will be charged at £2 per minute plus vat.
Volumetric mixers
1-3m3 30minutes, 3.01 – 5.99m3 45 minutes, 6m3+ 60minutes per load.
Anything over this will be charged at £2 per minute plus vat.
Part Load charges (drum mixers only)
All orders below 6m3 will be subject to a £50 per m3 part load charge.
Advertisements
All descriptions and illustrations contained in our catalogues, price lists and other advertising matters,
are intended merely to present a general idea of the equipment described therein and shall not form
part of the contract.
Cancellations
Cancellation will only be accepted by us upon condition that all costs and expenses incurred by us up to
the time of the cancellation and that all loss of profits, and any other loss or damage resulting to us due to such cancellation, will be reimbursed by the undersigned customer to us forthwith.
Minimum Order
Minimum charge per delivery is 1m3 or 80% of ordered amount.
Consequential Loss
In no event shall the Company be liable to the Client for any loss of business, loss of opportunity or loss of profits or for any other indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever. This shall apply even where such a loss was reasonably foreseeable, or the Company had been made aware of the possibility of the Client incurring such a loss.
Quotations
Unless previously withdrawn, quotations remain valid for acceptance within the period stated therein. If
no period is stated, until four weeks from the date thereof, and are subject to written confirmation upon
receipt of the order.
Property Law
The contract shall be in every respect governed by and interpreted in accordance with English Law.
Delivery Off Public Highway
If to complete his delivery on behalf of Eazylay Concrete Ltd, the driver is required to leave the public
highway and drive onto private property, this will be done at the sole responsibility of the undersigned, and in doing so, will become fully responsible for any consequential damage that may occur to the said
property. In the event of the vehicle becoming stuck or bogged down, Eazylay Concrete Ltd will also look to the undersigned for reimbursement of all vehicle recovery costs, repairs or damages caused to our
vehicle and any loss of earnings whilst out of use.
Please Be Aware that your quoted price may/will change depending upon the quantity
delivered. This may/will also affect your price per m3 quoted

When Cements reacts with water, for instance when making concrete or mortar, or when the cement
becomes damp, a strong alkaline solution is produced. Due to the high alkalinity, wet cement may provoke eye irritation, skin dermatitis or burns.
IF IN EYES: Rinse continually with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses if present and
safe to do so.
Continue rinsing. Immediately call as POISON CENTRE or Doctor/Physician.
IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation or rash occurs seek medical advice.
